John Fasbinder, D.D.S.
Dr. John Fasbinder has been practicing private dentistry for over 35 years. In this time, he has been a mainstay in the Kansas and Missouri dental communities. In addition to being a general dentist, Dr. Fasbinder is a board certified Dental Anesthesiologist.
Dr. Fasbinder has served on various committees including those for the Kansas Dental Board, Kansas Medicaid Board, and Fifth District Dental Society. He continues to remain active in the American Dental Association, Kansas Dental Association, Fifth District Dental Society, and the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology.
Dr. Fasbinder considers patient care for the underserved to be an essential part of the practice of dentistry. In addition to his work with Smile, It’s Healthy!, Dr. Fasbinder has provided dental services to patients from Catholic Charities, Jewish Family and Children’s Services, Kansas Mission of Mercy, and various mission trips to underserved populations.
Dr. Gregory T. Tull, Administrative Consultant, Missouri and Kansas
Dr. Tull joined the Smile, It's Healthy! team in August of 2017 as the Administrative Consultant for operations in Kansas and Missouri. Dr. Tull is passionate about making sure students and seniors receive the dental services they deserve, regardless of their financial means.
Dr. Tull is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon and is licensed in four states (Kansas, Missouri, North Carolina and Florida). His surgical expertise and thorough understanding of both aesthetics and function uniquely qualifies him to diagnose, treat, and surgically manage the conditions, defects, injuries, and aesthetic aspects of the mouth, teeth, jaws and face.
Dr Tull's training includes:
Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro
D.M.D. degree from Boston University School of Dental Medicine (graduated cum laude)
Completion of a hospital based (AAOMS accredited) residency and fellowship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from the University of Florida
He has also won numerous Oral and Maxillofacial surgery awards including the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon student dental award (2000), and the Quintessence award for academic and research achievement (2000).
Oral and Maxillofacial surgery requires up to 6 additional years of hospital-based surgical and anesthesia training after graduation from dental school. As an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, Dr. Tull manages a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth and facial regions. Dr. Tull practices a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from dental implant surgery and wisdom tooth removal to TMJ, treatment of Complex Facial trauma, and corrective jaw/craniofacial surgery. This also includes techniques designed to rebuild bone structure with minimal surgical intervention and optimal patient comfort.
