Mark is a socially conscious serial entrepreneur with boundless energy and a strong desire to challenge the status quo. He loves putting smiles on peoples faces, and that is why he founded Smile, It's Healthy!
Mark's entrepreneurial experiences range from financial services to real estate and even include the hosting and production of a nationally syndicated radio show. Mark's ability to scale organizations has led to recognition on the Inc 500/5000 Fastest Growing Companies list on 3 separate occasions. His current projects include MMF Ventures, Strivent Insurance, and Smile, It's Healthy.
Mark's desire to make a difference extends to his role as a Wish Granter, his work with Junior Achievement, his support of Children's Mercy Hospital, Big Brother's Big Sister's, and the MMF Foundation to name but a few. He is blessed with three incredible children, Lauren, Mollieanne, and Mason. He shares his vision and passion for making a difference in the world with his loving and supportive wife Felisha. He believes the greatest influences in his life were the values instilled in him being raised in a small town in Kansas by a gentleman teacher and coach from Alabama (his father) and the sweetest First Grade teacher ever (his mother).
Dr. Gregory T. Tull, Administrative Consultant, Missouri and Kansas
Dr. Tull joined the Smile, It's Healthy! team in August of 2017 as the Administrative Consultant for operations in Kansas and Missouri. Dr. Tull is passionate about making sure students and seniors receive the dental services they deserve, regardless of their financial means.
Dr. Tull is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon and is licensed in four states (Kansas, Missouri, North Carolina and Florida). His surgical expertise and thorough understanding of both aesthetics and function uniquely qualifies him to diagnose, treat, and surgically manage the conditions, defects, injuries, and aesthetic aspects of the mouth, teeth, jaws and face.
Dr Tull's training includes:
Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro
D.M.D. degree from Boston University School of Dental Medicine (graduated cum laude)
Completion of a hospital based (AAOMS accredited) residency and fellowship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from the University of Florida
He has also won numerous Oral and Maxillofacial surgery awards including the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon student dental award (2000), and the Quintessence award for academic and research achievement (2000).
Oral and Maxillofacial surgery requires up to 6 additional years of hospital-based surgical and anesthesia training after graduation from dental school. As an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, Dr. Tull manages a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth and facial regions. Dr. Tull practices a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from dental implant surgery and wisdom tooth removal to TMJ, treatment of Complex Facial trauma, and corrective jaw/craniofacial surgery. This also includes techniques designed to rebuild bone structure with minimal surgical intervention and optimal patient comfort.
